EduEmailStore provides digital student-access services and digital account support. Because these products are delivered electronically, our refund policy is based on delivery status and service validity rather than physical returns.

Most orders are prepared and delivered within the timeframe shown on the product page. If an order needs extra verification or manual handling, we will contact you through the order details you provided.

When a refund can be approved

  • Your order cannot be delivered within the promised timeframe and our team cannot provide a working replacement.
  • The delivered account or access arrives invalid and we are unable to fix or replace it after review.
  • You accidentally placed a duplicate order and contact us before delivery begins.

When refunds are usually not available

  • The order has already been delivered successfully and the provided access details are working as described.
  • The service is later limited by a third-party platform because of verification policy changes outside our control.
  • The issue is caused by incorrect use, password changes, account sharing, or misuse after delivery.
  • You no longer need the service after successful fulfillment.

Request window

Please report delivery or access issues within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the case while the original delivery details are still active and easy to verify.

How review works

Our team checks the original order details, delivery record, and the issue you reported. If the problem is confirmed and cannot be solved with support or a replacement, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
